The genesis

When we started in 2016, together with courageous customers who gave us a chance to turn our vision into reality, to take the first data from machines, to put it in context and to analyze it, we assumed that pure data analysis that is what is needed in the future. Our product - the Bluebox - was then continuously developed in close cooperation with our customers, bigger, more powerful, more comprehensive.

Now that our vision had taken shape and evolved into a physical product, a new vision came to the fore. We took a step back and suddenly realized that pure data analysis was only the very first step.

What now follows is the process with which the actual added value of each company can only be generated. In the meantime, fortunately, we had a large network of customers who, after this first step, were willing to take the next step together with us, although this was initially a pure vision. The idea of the tower was born. Building on the Bluebox, which generates and analyzes data and investigates the question "What happened?”, we use the basis of the historical data to combine this with other previously neglected data such as temperatures, Order data, quality data, information on raw material consumption etc. and thus answers after the " Why did something happen? " to find. But we would like to go one step further with the tower and find out " What could or will happen in the future? “. In 2020 we started designing the tower. Since then it has been growing and evolving. Today we are so far that we can also offer the tower as an independent product. This is particularly interesting for customers who are already diligently collecting data and are now in a position where they can generate real added value.

In addition to all the technical possibilities, it is important to never lose sight of the fact that it is people who use the software to define and optimize processes. It is therefore the primary goal of every technical implementation to create benefits for people. Because digitization is not a project with a defined project end, but rather a continuous improvement process who lives from being pushed by people.

With the help of  artificial intelligence (AI) can for example through intelligent algorithms Generate usable knowledge from large amounts of data. With this knowledge, detailed statements on optimization potential, probability of occurrence or future predictions can be made.

We always aim to remain agile and to constantly question ourselves, to try new things, to take two steps forward and one step back. This is important not only to understand digitization from the ground up, but  to remain a pioneer in this field .

As part of the Tower, we develop tools, methods and services together with our customers that pave the way to new infrastructures and digital business models. Always with the ulterior motive that our customers can use their system as independently as possible.
